The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to pre-qualify engineering firm(s) to provide multidiscipline

Professional Engineering and related services for multiple projects on an as-needed basis

to the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Regional Sewer Authority (HRRSA) under a basic ordering

agreement. All services will be provided through competitive negotiation under separate Task

Orders for each project identified by HRRSA. It is anticipated that one or more separate contracts

will be issued to provide the full range of anticipated services outlined in the Scope of Services.
